Shipping policy

All of our products are handmade from scratch from start to finish. Our turnaround time can be up to 21 working days (mon-fri excluding weekends). shipping confirmation will be sent out once posted.

Items will go signed for delivery via royal mail, a tracking number is always available, Royal mail states a parcel is lost after 15 days have past where you will need to contact Royal mail for a claim form. 

Overseas orders may take a little longer due to the travel time, any postage that has a difference in value at the time of being weighed and posted will be refunded immediately.

Any pre orders can take between 6-8 weeks after the close date once the fabric order has been placed so please take this into consideration before ordering as we cannot refund deposits made.
