FAQ

Payments- We accept most major debit and credit cards, Paypal and have introduced the flexible Clearpay. Clearpay gives you the option of paying off your purchase over four installments for purchases over £10 (please see full terms and conditions at the checkout over 18s only).
DeliveryAs all of your items are handmade (unless being ready to ship) please allow up to 28 working days for your items to arrive (excluding weekends) Please feel free to contact us if it is after the timescale so orders can be chased.
Postage is charged between £3.00 and £4.00 dependent on the amount of items ordered,
Please note, Overseas and Europe have higher postage charges. 
Do we deliver overseas?-
Yes we do we deliver to Europe, America at the present time, but please be aware we are not responsible nor liable for any customs or import fees when the item has arrived at the end destination country so please take this into consideration, and unfortunately we cannot as a business mark items as a gift to avoid fees. 
Any Shipping fees once the item has been processed and weighed that are under the amount charged the difference will be refunded to the customer immediately. 
Overseas items are sent tracked via royal mail.
Care instructions please see attached labels regarding washing and ironing, tags and notes,  any items damaged by not following instructions will not be refunded. Our fabrics are tested and worn by our very own Ronnie through rigorous play and wear prior to using them that's why we recommend a cool 30 degree wash inside out to prevent loss of fading. 
Darker colours may lose some original colour due to the natural dying process that should be taken into consideration before purchasing. 
Personalised Items- We do not accept any returns on personalised or custom made items.
Returns- We allow 14 days for items to be returned, however they must be in original shipping condition, tags attached, and original packaging, unworn and washed, This will be determined on arrival back with us for inspection of goods sold. No postage is refunded for returned items.
Faulty goods- If we make a mistake we're sorry, they will be refunded / replaced with return postage covered by ourselves. (Postage will be refunded for confirmed faulty items only). You will also need to return via signed proof of postage on returning any item to us or we will be unable to refund for lost or not received items. When items are returned to us they will be inspected and tested for malicious damage or not following the correct care instructions which will not be refunded. 
Any faulty items must be returned in the first instance, any heavily worn, stained, or ripped items will not be eligible. 
Pre Orders- When placing a pre order you are agreeing with the terms and dates set out on the listings. A non refundable deposit is paid to secure your items, failure to pay the final balance by the dates shown in the description will loose deposits and your order will cancelled with immediate effect.
